takut nak makan B Complex ..nanti gemuk..

..internet connection kat pulau indah sejak dua menjak ni memang menguji kesabaran sungguh..Kadang2 tu..dah penat2 karang emel,time nak send tu...time tulah ."..unable to reach connection"..."still working"..mcm2 la...aduhhh...rasa nak hempuk jer laptop ni...fed up sungguh......kalo siang2 tu okaylah jugak..maybe line busy kot...ni pukul  4-5 pagi pun mcm tu jugak.dapat tenung je laptop ni....

biasanya saya suke menulis kat blog time2 tengah sunyi sepi..bila faiz dah tidur...kalau dia masih jaga lagi..saya takde peluang pegang laptop...dia conquer sume..takboleh nak layan intenet,emel ke,FB ke,,blog ke,bloghop ke......hmm... tu yang dua tiga arini entry saya kat blog yang simple2 jer....
.......tapi bab2 consultation,follow up,sharing ttg shaklee...still going on mcm biasa..still my priority sbb bagi saya...the more we share the more we gain...right?.itulah yang saya lalui sepanjang saya berblog ni...the more I share ttg shaklee..the more I gain.. not only money (duit tu mmglahkan tak dinafikan...)...tapi bukan gain money je...gain mcm2 lah...dapat kwn baru di alam maya,bukan takat dlm kl je ..dpt bantu kawan2 yg memerlukan supplemen...dapat share and exchange experience ttg pelbagai perkara,dapat jumpa kawan2 lama..baik kwn sekolah menengah (first time tgk upacara turun tanah kat rumah salmah..adat org jawa kan?),kwn seuniversiti..kwn sekolah rendah yang dah berbelas tahun tak jumpe....bla bla bla…hepi sangat sangat….sedikit sebanyak...hilang skit rasa rindu kat org jauh yg tersayang….isk..isk.... (tapi satu je yang sy tak gain...hihi..gain weight..)


Kalau dulu (time intenet tgh okay.masa terluang pun banyak)..sempat jugak tulis semua testimoni dan case study...sorang demi sorang..ni tak sempat dah....last week,macam2 kes dan masalah kesihatan yg saya jumpa...pregnancy,,breasfeed,masalah kulit,lepas operation,rambut gugur lepas bertahun mkn jamu,masalah dalaman,berat bdn,macam2 cerita..and its my pleasure to consult and help sebaik mungkin..insyaAllah saya akan share di entry akan datang..termasukla positif feedback ttg produk ni.....saya tak kata saya boleh offer magic solution..tp apa yang saya mkn ...yang tulah yg saya share.. ..cuma mkn supplemen ni kene istiqamah,banyak bersabar..insyaAllah..kalau kita dah ikhtiar,doa dan tawakal..pasti Allah perkenankan doa kita...
Tapi yang saya nak share mlm ni bukan pasal drug @ supplemen..tp nak share ttg concern sang ibu:…

Any deficiency of Vitamin B5 interferes with our capacity to utilise fat. Vitamin B5 also plays an important role in energy production and assists adrenal function. Good food sources of Vitamin B5 include: liver and kidney, meat, poultry, nuts, wheatflakes, wheat bran, wheatgerm, eggs, molasses, oats, barley, beans, wholegrain bread, green vegetables.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
Vitamin B6 regulates the production of thyroid hormone and metabolism. Good food sources of Vitamin B6, brewer’s yeast, wheat bran, wheatgerm, oats, sardines, mackerel, poultry, beef, avocado, bananas, brown rice, cabbage, dried fruit, molasses, eggs.
Choline
A member of the Vitamin B complex, choline is not a real vitamin as it is made in the liver. Choline is needed for efficient fat metabolism. Choline deficiency leads to fats becoming trapped in the liver. Good sources of choline include: lecithin, beef liver, beef heart, egg yolks, wheatgerm, cauliflower, cucumber, peanuts.
Inositol
Like choline, inositol is a member of the vitamin B complex and is also manufactured inside the body. Inositol combines with choline to assist in fat metabolism. Good sources of inositol include: lecithin, beef heart, beef liver, wheatgerm, soy, eggs, citrus fruits, wholegrains, nuts.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C provides a range of health benefits including proper conversion of glucose to energy in the cells. Good food sources of vitamin C include: blackcurrants, broccoli, green peppers, kiwi fruits, Brussels Sprouts, lemons, oranges, strawberries, cabbage.
