Breastfeeding journey has changed my diet tremendously. I started consuming Shaklee supplements while breastfeeding, starting from the breastfeeding set with ESP ( Energizing Soy Protein) and tried other product such as the Vanilla Milk Shake, The Omega Fish Oil and Vitamin E. The reason why I choose Shaklee is because its cheap, it doesn’t use silica gel and perfectly safe for consuming. A lot of product in the market does not come in tablet forms, so we’re expose to the danger of chemical and cancer later on.
You can basically spend minimum of RM70 per month, find the best set for your needs and be patient to see the results. Dont expect the miracle to happen in a night , but as I started to consume the supplements, especially the vitamin E, my skin is a lot more dehydrated, softer and bruises and cuts heals fast. Consuming Alfafa helps if you have bowel problems, or if you seem to have poor diet, the right combination like vita C, alfafa, soy protein will balance it out.
I will continue on ESP even after no longer breastfeeding because you can go crazy to create smoothies with it. Add some banana, strawberries, or go experimental with some cinnamon or nutmeg powder with some almond milk if you wish. Those are very good diet drinks to try.
