my personal view: saya beri Mealshake buat anak saya Faiz sejak umur 2thn....senang bancuh dalam susu dia sekali sehari.. lain2?..hmm sejujurnya saya jarang kasi yg vitalea chewable tu..hanya bila dia dah berusia 4thn...seminggu atau dua minggu sekali je... lebih kurang mcm tu..saya lebih suke kasi dia Mealshake....Disamping itu ..saya juga berikan kapsul minyak ikan Omega Shaklee guard...
