TIPS for maximum alertness and brainpower

jom baca tips untuk kekal alert and kasi power itu otak.di extract dari buku Food your miracle medicine.....hehe (text in red tu saya yg komen..hehe)
  1. when starting a meal,to stay alert, dont eat carbohydrat such as bread before a protin (eg fish).Doing so cancels out the maximum brain energizing power of protein.Always eat the the protein first and carbo later. ~menarik fakta ni...maknanye kene minum/mkn protin dulu....
  2. dont eat carbohydrates on empty stomach or without a protein food (high carbo cereal with high protin mlik is okay). eating bread,rolls pasta ,crackers alone on an empty stomach makes u as sleepy and relaxed...~patutla makan nasi banyak bukan tambah tenaga...makin ngantuk jer.huhuh...so minumla soy protin shaklee to dengan ape2 makanan yg patut ye.:-)
  3. dont eat large high fat meal if u want to be mentally sharp afterward.too much food brings on lethargy. fat stays in the digestive tract longer, prolonging tiredness. the fattier and heaver the meal the longer it takes you to recover alertness and energy..~gerun baca statement tu..lagi berlemak and lagi  banyak makan..lagi lama nak recover balik kecerdasan dan energy...maknanye..lagi banyak makan..lagi lembap la otak tu...huhu
